South Bay Senior 55+ Condos - Market Update

Posted by Krystyna Baty on Monday, July 7th, 2014 at 10:49am.

South Bay is home of several state of the art 55+ condo communities.  Most were built in early 2000s and those are the newest and most popular. No new senior condos are coming on the market anytime soon so right now, only resales are available.  Current inventory is low - only 14 units are available, with prices ranging from $199,000 to $549,900.
