Walteria is a small community located in South Torrance, south of PCH, adjacent to Palos Verdes. It comprises mostly of single family homes but is also offers townhomes and condomuniums.

Hollywood Riviera offers premier luxury real estate,  Mediterainean style homes, many with sweeping ocean views.
