Torrance Real Estate has stabilized and showed signs of slowing down. The numbers for single family homes (houses) and condos indicate increase in home sales but average home prices have decreased - see below.

In Torrance CA, single family home average sales price was $1,254,532 compared to $1,322,214 in July. This represents the 5 percent decrease. The median price was $1,200,000 compared to $1,245,000 a year ago, the 4 percent price drop. The condo/townhouse median price was $685,500 compared to $740,000 a year ago, 7 percent drop, while the average price was $709,908 compared to $723,762 in July 2025, lower by 2 percent. Home sales increased by 29% year over year for single family homes and increased by 43% for condos and townhomes.
