In Torrance CA, single family home average sales price was $1,354,275 compared to $1,314,984 in June. It was almost the same as a year ago. The median price was $1,268,000 compared to $1,320,000 a year ago, the 4 percent decrease. All data is based on our local MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The condo/townhouse median price was $760,000 compared to $698,000 a year ago, while the average price was $793,389 compared to $728,975 in July 2025. Home sales increased by 17% year over year (single family homes).
